I joined Datto as a Lead Product Designer responsible for the Commerce Platform design system and experiences.
One of the main pain points with the platform was the support needed to get new MSPs up and running. Quite a lot of configuration is required, so we asked ourselves: “How do we onboard and educate our users most quickly and intuitively.”
